Hey! My name is Jessy Ribordy. I’m a composer, audio designer, writer, narrative designer, and screenwriter.

I compose music and design audio for film, television, trailers and other media that includes A Complete Unknown official trailer, Showtime's VICE, indie film Gold Dust, and ads for Tylenol, Gatorade, Nike, XBOX, and beyond. I collaborate frequently as a composer for a few wonderful groups: The Crystal Creative, Score A Score, Aika Music, and Assemble Sound.

Additionally, I am currently creating sound design for ForeFlight.

My latest screenwriting work includes a science fiction/drama series called Calypsan, developed with Ethan Gross (Ad Astra, Fringe) and a thriller/soundtrack musical called Manzanita that was developed using my knowledge and experience as a musician.

I worked on Alchemy RPG's Lore of Aetherra series -- writing, character creation, world-building, lore, and narrative design. I also led the audio department, designed sound, and composed the soundtrack for the games: The Lost Druid, Novarail, and Dark Symmetry.

I was a co-founder and narrative lead of indie game studio Mountain Machine Games years ago. Some of our games included Elliot And The Beyond, Fight Em', and Daniel H. Wilson's Mayday: Deep Space.

I'm married to my lovely wife Aysha (who is also my manager and often times screenwriting partner), and have three wonderful little ones. I love re-watching movies and re-reading books. Among my top frequented are Gattaca, The Truman Show, Interstellar, The Silmarillion, The Little Country, and LOTR.
